Yn y sesiwn hon, byddwn yn symud y tu hwnt i ddamcaniaeth ac yn mynd i’r afael ag offer sy’n pontio’r bwlch rhwng anghenion cwsmeriaid a strategaeth busnes. Byddwn yn archwilio sut i weld y byd trwy lygaid eich cwsmeriaid er mwyn adeiladu model busnes sy’n fwy gwydn ac sy’n canolbwyntio ar werth.

• Meistroli Empathi: Dysgu sut i ddefnyddio Map Cydymdeimlo i ddeall meddyliau, teimladau a gweithredoedd eich cwsmeriaid targed yn fanwl.
• Nodi Rhwystrau: Canfod y Rhwystrau Busnes penodol yr ydych yn eu hwynebu ar hyn o bryd, o reoli adnoddau i gadw cwsmeriaid.
• Mireinio eich Cynnig Gwerth: Defnyddio’r Cynfas Gwerth Gynnig i sicrhau bod eich cynhyrchion a’ch gwasanaethau yn wirioneddol yn "lliniaryddion poen" ac yn "crewyr ennill" i’ch cleientiaid.
• Adeiladu Cynllun Gweithredu: Cyfuno empathi a rhesymeg busnes i ddatblygu Ateb pendant ar gyfer eich cam tyfu nesaf.
