Meatless Meals: Inspired by India

For ages 18 & up

Take your taste buds on a trip to the Indian continent. You'll create a simple flatbread; a classic vegetable dish flavored with turmeric, ginger &  chilis,  among other spices; a flavorful chickpea stew; and the perfect cup of rice. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

• Naan with Garlic & Chile 

• Saag Paneer (Wilted Spinach with Paneer Cheese) 

• Chana Masala (Chickpeas in a Spicy Tomato Gravy) 

• Basmati Rice

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
