Measured Sips Supper
About this Event
Absolutely. I’d make dinner a clear part of the value, not bury it halfway down like a tax disclaimer.
Measured Sips Nights at Castroville Barbecue Company is an evening built around cigars, spirits, dinner, and community.
Join Measured in Ash at Castroville Barbecue Company for a relaxed evening featuring a rotating bourbon, whiskey, or featured spirit, a cigar pairing, a barbecue dinner, and good conversation with people who appreciate taking their time with what is in the glass and what they are smoking.
Each Measured Sips Night will highlight a different bourbon, whiskey, spirit, cigar, brand, or combination, giving guests a chance to explore how different pours work alongside cigars while learning more about the people, process, and stories behind them.
We’ll talk about the pairing, explore a few tasting notes, enjoy dinner together, and give you enough information to appreciate what you are drinking and smoking without turning the evening into a classroom. Civilization survives another event without mandatory slides.

Come ready to eat something good, smoke something good, sip something worth talking about, and meet some people worth sharing an evening with.
