Meanwhile Symposium

Do you work in Arts, Culture, Community or Meanwhile spaces?

Interested in working in or developing your work in these areas?

Join us for a fantastic day of speakers and projects to inspire you, with the challenges and rewards of taking on a Meanwhile space.  Our High Streets are on the decline, so how might arts and culture inhabit these empty spaces?  How might you navigate working with the council and how might you manage unexpected costs?  The ideas are flowing big and bold, but how do you run the gauntlet and keep your sanity and finances safe?  Come and listen to an exciting range of tried and tested Meanwhile projects, from Bristol, London and Gloucester, with six fabulous projects on the table.

Hosted by Soozy Roberts & Hannah Thomson : GAS Projects (GASP!), Andrew Bick & Dan Keech : University of Gloucestershire
