Meal Plan: Fall Healing Retreat

This ticket is for the meal plan at our Fall Healing Retreat on November 7-10 2024. You will need to purchase a separate ticket to the Fall Healing Retreat in order to attend. This ticket includes 5 buffet-style dinners which features options for gluten free vegetarian vegan and other diets. If you are staying at the hotel there is buffet style and cook to order options that are included with your stay. You are free to bring your own meals or eat at nearby restaurants.

Daily testing is required.

All participants must show proof of a negative COVID test result prior to entry. Below is information to create a smooth flow for this process:

1. An antigen (at home) test is taken each day of the event (all four days).
2. As soon as you have your negative test results, please take the following steps:
3. Write your initials and the date on the test.
4. Take a photo of the results. (Bring a picture of your test each day.
5. Save the photo to your phone.

We will have a “Covid Test” table outside the main entrance to confirm your negative test results. Once your test is confirmed, you will proceed inside to the registration table where you will be checked in for the event. (We will have at-home tests available if you need one.)

By signing up for this Fall Healing Retreat:

You are stating to us that you are healthy & symptom-free of any fever, cold, flu, or illness related to the Covid-19 outbreak. For your safety, and the safety of others, we will ask that you NOT ATTEND this retreat if any of those symptoms exist.

You take Full Responsibility for your health choices, and in good faith not hold CLM responsible for your choices, or those in attendance, with masked concerns.

CLM will make easily available hand sanitizer, tests, and mask(s) if needed for your convenience.
