Meadville Historic Home and Garden Tour

Would you like to see inside some of Meadville's grandest historic buildings? Now's your chance! Sponsored by the Crawford County Convention and Visitors Bureau, the second annual tour is being planned as we speak!

The Crawford County Historical Society is excited to present Meadville's Historic Home and Garden tour on June 15th from 10am through 4pm. Sign In/Registration will take place at the Society's headquarters at the James and Elizabeth Tarr Mansion at 869 Diamond Park. Participants will receive an arm band, event shirt, and program booklet featuring photographs, history, and map to get them to over a dozen historic homes, gardens, commercial buildings, churches, and more.

Property owners or volunteers will meet you as you work your way around town from one site to the next to give you tours of each property. Participants can decide which property to visit in which order, allowing them to customize their tour based on their interest and how busy each location is at that time.

The tour will also include the Society's properties at Johnson-Shaw Stereoscopic Museum on Chestnut St and Holland Hall, as well as Mount Hope (The Baldwin-Reynolds House Museum) on Terrace Street.
