🎃 MEADOWS PTSA FALL FESTIVAL 2025 🍂
Join us for an evening of fall fun at Meadows Elementary! Bring the whole family for games, contests, food, and festive activities. All proceeds benefit the Meadows PTSA programs that support our students and teachers.

🎡 Activities & Entertainment
🚗 Trunk or Treat (5–6 pm) — Decorated cars, candy, and costumes!
🏰 Jump & Play — Burn off all that candy energy in our giant bounce houses!
🎯 Carnival Games — Try your luck at classic carnival-style booths!
🥧 Pie in the Face — Watch teachers take one for the team (with extra whipped cream)!
👻 Costume Contest — Prizes for the best costumes!
🛍️ Silent Auction — Bid on baskets, experiences, and items donated by local businesses!
🍔 Vendors & Food Trucks — Delicious bites, face painting, game trucks, and more!
🎃 Pumpkin Carving & Decorating Contest — Bring your carved and decorated pumpkin for the contest!

6:00 – 8:00 pm: General Festival Admission & Activities

Presale (via Eventbrite): $10/kid, $5/adult (Eventbrite fees apply and will be added at checkout)
At the Gate: $15/kid, $10/adult
👉 Volunteers: If you volunteer for at least one hour, you’ll receive free admission (no refunds on purchased tickets). Sign up to volunteer here!
🧾 Waiver & Admission
All attendees must complete a Fall Festival Participation Waiver & Release during the online checkout process (or on paper for at-the-gate sales). Tickets/wristbands will only be issued once a waiver is signed.
