What is it to be aware of the space between us? To acknowledge when we need to come together and when we need to add distance.Following on in the ME.YOU.US series, this workshop looks at the space between making and breaking contact as well as between falling in and out of the rhythms.
How do we embrace the transition between togetherness and aloneness? How can our fluidity transform into our structure?

Sole De La Hoz is a professional dancer with a career spanning opera, theatre and screen. She teaches regular classes and workshops of contact improvisation in and around London. Tim Barnes is a certified 5Rhythms teacher holding space for classes, workshops, retreats and festivals in the UK and internationally.
