Join us for one of the highlights of the MDS calendar as the Annual Conference returns in 2026! In a milestone year celebrating 40 Years of MDS, this event will bring together Members and Trainees from across the programme for a day of insight, connection and celebration.

The conference offers a valuable opportunity to meet our current Trainees - including those approaching the end of the programme - strengthen relationships for future secondments, and identify potential candidates for permanent roles within your business.

What to expect

• An award celebration to recognise the achievements of our Trainees and Members, including a brand new award
• A morning learning session featuring an exciting speaker lineup
• Opportunities for Members to meet Trainees one-to-one to discuss full-time roles for those leaving the programme in October, as well as hold introduction meetings with Trainees who may be joining their business on secondment

Afternoon Showcase

In the afternoon, Members are invited to host a stand and showcase their organisation. Whether through displays, produce samples or promotional materials, this is a great way to highlight your business, start conversations with Trainees and build connections for the future.
