It is with immense joy and anticipation that we announce the upcoming MDIS x Leeds Beckett University Graduation Ceremony 2026
Date: 18 July 2026
Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Registration start from 9:00 am)
Venue: Auditorium, MDIS
Congratulations once again, and we can't wait to see you at the graduation ceremony!
*Please note that receiving an invitation to the ceremony does not necessarily mean that you are qualified to graduate. In order to graduate, you must have met all the academic requirements and financial payments set forth by your programme of study. This includes completing all necessary coursework, exams, and other requirements. If you have any outstanding requirements or have not met the necessary academic standards, you may not be eligible to graduate.
How to Order your Academic Gown
All attending Graduands are required to place their order of the academic gown via Creative District homepage after ticket purchasing. Appointment is required for the academic gown collection.

PERSONAL CHECKLIST
After Invitation is received
* Register and purchase tickets for you and your guests.
* Order your Academic Gown and Book a collection date with Creative District.
* Plan your arrival to Singapore accordingly.
One Week Before the Ceremony
* Collect your Academic Gown from Creative District (CD).
* You can also purchase graduation photos for the award presentation or studio portraits.
* Graduation gown will be provided during the studio photo taking session without extra charges.
Day of the Ceremony
* Ensure that you are wearing your Academic Gown.
* Present your Admission Card for registration. Registration counter opens at 9.00 am.
* Present the EventBrite QR-Codes for you and your paid guest(s).
* DO NOT BE LATE!
Dress Code
* For Men : Collared long-sleeved shirt, long trousers and a tie, covered formal shoes with socks.
* For Women : Shirt/blouse with a skirt/long trousers, or a dress.
* Appropriate covered/formal shoes of a comfortable height.
* Note: Graduates in inappropriate attire and without academic gown will not be allowed entry and on stage.
Seating Arrangements
* Graduates have designated seats printed on the Admission Card.
* Please show your admission card to the ushers in the ballroom.
* All graduates must be seated by 9.40am.
* Graduates are to remain seated at all times until they are being presented on stage.
* Guests are to be seated on free-seating basis at the Guests zone.
Start of Ceremony
* Stand up during the academic procession.
* To be seated only after the Presiding Officer declares the ceremony opened.
* Wear your mortar board throughout the ceremony.
End of Ceremony
* After the presentation of graduates, stand up as the academic procession leaves the ballroom first.
* Take a seat and wait for instructions from the ushers then, leave the ballroom in an orderly manner.
* Graduands and guests will be directed to leave the ballroom by the ushers.
After the Ceremony
* Ensure that you return your rented Academic Gown to Creative District.
* The gown return period is from 20 & 21 July 2026
