Our professional cast surrounds you as suspects, witnesses, victims, and possible killers while a Homicide Detective guides the room through interrogations, accusations, suspicious behavior, and the final reveal.

For nearly four decades, we’ve entertained Dallas-Fort Worth audiences with smart, funny, carefully plotted dinner theatre for date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, groups, private parties, corporate events, and holiday celebrations.

No acting experience required. No costume required. No pressure.

The Setting:

We’ve partnered with Aloft Fort Worth Downtown, a sleek, stylish hotel near Sundance Square, with a vibrant lobby bar and the perfect downtown Fort Worth atmosphere for intrigue, cocktails, comedy, and M**der most entertaining.

The Mystery:

A modern comic whodunit unfolds during dinner, blending the fun of a classic M**der mystery with the pace of a contemporary police investigation.

Someone is murdered.

Then things get worse.

Evidence mounts. Suspects reveal more than they intend. Guests compare notes. The Detective digs deeper — with sharp questions, comic suspicion, and more than a few unexpected accusations.

By the end of the evening, every table must decide:

Who had the means, motive, and opportunity?

Your Role:

Please check in under your real name and use your real first name on your name tag. This helps our cast, host, and Detective include guests smoothly during the evening.

Once the mystery begins, you are free to play. Invent a fake job, suspicious hobbies, a dramatic backstory, or a questionable alibi. Be honest, evasive, charming, mysterious, or completely full of baloney.

Real name tag. Fake alibi. That’s the spirit.

There is only one rule:

Have fun.

Dress Code:

Dressy casual, Fort Worth-style.

Nice jeans, slacks, button-downs, blouses, dresses, jackets, boots, bolo ties, flashy belt buckles, western hats, cowboy hats, and mystery-solving attire are all welcome.

Cowboy chic? Great. Cocktail casual? Also great. Contemporary rodeo? Bring it on.

Jackets and ties are not required.

Please avoid shorts, flip-flops, gym wear, or anything too sloppy for a night out.

Price:

$69.95 (+ tax & fee) per person includes dinner, server gratuity, professional entertainment, team prizes, and one dangerously suspicious evening.

Group discounts available for 10 or more.

A note on gratuities: Server gratuity is included. Performer gratuities are optional, but always appreciated, and go directly to the actors who bring the mystery to life. Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are welcome at the end of the show.

Important Notes:

This is not a haunted house. No one jumps out to scare you.

There may be theatrical M**der, comic suspicion, fake stage blood, adult situations, and mild innuendo, but the tone is funny, social, and interactive.

Recommended for adults and teens 14 and up.

Dinner Menu:

Your evening includes a fresh garden salad, followed by tender chicken breast finished with savory scallopini sauce and a skewer of blackened shrimp.

The entrée is served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, and fresh dinner rolls.

A chef-selected dessert, iced tea, and coffee are also included.

A cash bar is available for soft drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.

Vegetarian meals may be accommodated with at least 48 hours’ advance notice.

Info: Arrive, check in with the Mystery Host, receive your name tag, and begin mingling with suspicious guests. Some people may be exactly who they claim to be.
Others may not.
You’ll also receive lighthearted ice-breaker questions to help you meet other guests, trade information, and start throwing suspicion around before the first body drops.

Info: Guests are seated with their teams as the mystery begins to unfold around the room. Actors may be sitting beside you, passing you clues, arguing with each other, lying through their teeth, or quietly trying not to get caught.

Info: A Homicide Detective takes control of the room after the first M**der and guides the investigation through the rest of the evening. More clues appear. More suspects emerge. More crimes occur.

Info: Each table works together to solve the crimes by identifying means, motive, and opportunity.
