The Chairman and Board of Directors of the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) would like to invite you to attend MDBC’s 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2024.

Time: 16:00 – 20:00 hrs
Venue: citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang Hotel
By separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies, we have forwarded the MDBC audited accounts for this Financial Year.
Our pre – AGM program includes a “Power Panel” firechat!
We look forward to your personal attendance, or the attendance of a representative of your organization at our AGM.

16:15 hrs: Power Panel Firechat (TBC)
17:15 hrs: Short Break
17:30 hrs: 27th Annual General Meeting over Financial Year 2024
18:30 hrs: Conclusion of proceedings.
Post AGM networking with light dinner & drinks
20:00 hrs: End of program

– It is no longer required for MDBC to mail the hard copies of the AGM Notice and Proxy Form by regular post to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies; you will ONLY receive AGM Notices via e – mail notifications (and Whatsapp Broadcast message).
– Audited accounts for Financial Year 2024 have been made available by separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies.
