🎄✨ VENDORS WANTED! ✨🎄
MCSD is excited to announce our Annual Craft & Vendor Fair, and we are looking for talented crafters, artisans, small businesses, specialty vendors, and food trucks to join us for a fun day of shopping and supporting our dancers!
📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Parkway Recreation Center
Memorial Parkway, Utica, NY
🛍️ Inside Vendor Tables: $60
🚚 Food Trucks: $75 (Limited to 4 trucks ONLY)
IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:
• Vendor spaces are reserved first come, first served, based on the order we receive your completed contract AND payment.
• To provide shoppers with a great variety, we will limit duplicate vendor categories. All products and merchandise you plan to sell must be disclosed when reserving your space. Please note that vendors may only sell the products approved for their space. For example, if you register to sell photography, you cannot also add tumblers unless they were disclosed and approved in advance.
• MCSD reserves the right to review and approve vendors to ensure a diverse mix of offerings and the best possible experience for our shoppers and participating vendors. We may limit or decline applications when a category is already filled or the products offered are not a suitable fit for the event.
📄 Vendor contracts will be provided upon request and must be completed and returned with payment to secure your spot.
🕗 Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
All vendors must be fully set up and ready for shoppers by 10:00 AM.
