McKinney-Vento and the Dispute Process (07838)

Should a district believe that a family is acting in a fraudulent manner, the district has the right to go into a formal dispute hearing that is led by South Cook. This act should be done after all other avenues have been exhausted. Therefore, it is imperative that the district is aware of all that is afforded both the district and the family/caregiver should there be a dispute.
