MCI KEYS is a 14- week interactive physician-led program for people with diagnosed Mild Cognitive Impairment and their care partner who is invited to attend! MCI KEYS will provide participants with the tools and resources to pre-serve memory and thinking skills.
MCI KEYS covers:
-Eat Well
-Get Moving
-Hear Well
-Stay Sharp
-Sleep Enough
-Control Chronic Diseases
-Build Stress Resilience
-Use Right Medications
-Promote Health
-Adaptive Behaviors
-Legal Issues and Community Assets
1:1 Coaching Sessions Included for Participants with MCI
At each class participants will:
-Set and share SMART goals.
-Enjoy a brain health snack.
-Have the opportunity to ask about brain health topicsFee: $525 per participant with MCI with no charge for a CarePartner!
*Financial assistance may be available.
Participants in the MCI KEYS course must have the ability to read, understand course materials and independently participate in discussions, goal setting and implementing behavior change.
