Please join us for the 34th Annual Scholarship Trail Ride through the Sam Houston National Forest! Ride Donation:
Ages 13 & Older $30.00
Ages 6 - 12 $10.00
Ages 5 & Under Free
Your Donations benefit graduating seniors from Montgomery County High Schools, Homeschools and Private Schools.
Included with your donation:
Saturday night dinner and Auction
One (1) day pass to the 2026 Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo
Dinner is free for all registered participants. Non-registered participants can purchase their plate for $15.00/ea.
Breakfast and Lunch are available to purchase both days.
Meals are catered by Shade Tree Kookers
Port-O-Cans & Water Troughs will be available on the ride and at camp
Current Coggins are Mandatory and will be checked at the gate
Friday, March 27th - Campsite opens at 8:00am
Saturday, March 28th - Mandatory Wagon Boss Meeting at 8:00am. Pull Out at 9:00am for a 17-mile circle ride. Dinner, Awards and Auction at 5:30pm
Sunday, March 29th - Cowboy church at 8:30 am with Pastor Wade Phillips, pull out at 9:30am for a 12-mile circle ride.
Emergency Team will be present during the ride
Trophies awarded to the Oldest & Youngest Riders, Most Signed Up Group, Top Hand, Youth Horsemanship, Hard Luck and Best Wagon.
