Join us at the Winemaking Studio for a refined, hands-on couples experience where you’ll create one full gallon of wine together. This evening is about slowing down, working side by side, and beginning a wine that will continue to evolve long after Valentine’s Day has passed.

• Create one gallon of wine per couple in our studio
• Learn the fundamentals of fermentation in a calm, guided setting
• Measure, combine, and begin fermentation together
• Name your wine and design a custom Valentine’s label
• Take your wine home to ferment over the coming weeks

No prior winemaking experience needed.

• All winemaking ingredients and materials
• One-gallon fermentation vessel with airlock to take home

This is a Valentine’s experience that continues. As your wine ferments at home, anticipation builds — progress is checked, days are counted, and excitement grows. When the wine is ready, couples revisit the experience with fresh joy, opening bottles that represent a shared journey from start to finish.

Once fermentation is complete, couples are invited to return to the studio for a guided bottling session.

• One gallon yields approximately five 750ml bottles
• Bottling sessions are available separately and may be scheduled at your convenience.
