Event Policies & Important Information

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these security procedures as a condition of entry.

Registration & Payment

All ticket purchases must be completed through Eventbrite. On-site ticket sales will only be available if seating remains after online registration has closed. Check Payments: If you wish to pay by check, please contact [email protected] to arrange payment. Cash payments will not be accepted at the event.

Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:00 PM to allow ample time for security screening, locating your seats, and enjoying the cocktail hour before the program begins.

Security Screening

For the safety of all attendees, admission is subject to a security screening, including the use of a handheld metal detector (wand) and a bag inspection.

Table Guest Information

Guests who purchase a full table are required to submit the first and last names of all table attendees no later than November 15, 2026 by emailing [email protected]. Please use the subject line: 'Leadership Banquet – Table Host Guests. Only individuals whose names have been submitted will be admitted under the reserved table registration.

Photography & Recording

Photography without flash is permitted. However, no video recording, livestreaming, or flash photography is permitted during the event. Security personnel and designated volunteers may ask attendees to put away their devices if necessary. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

Reserved Seating

Reserved seating will be assigned in the order that tickets are purchased within each ticket tier. Earlier purchases within each tier will receive seating closer to the stage.

Single Ticket Seating

Guests purchasing "single" general addmission tickets are not guaranteed seating with specific individuals or at a specific table. If you wish to ensure your group is seated together, we encourage the purchase of a full table, which accommodates 12 guests or purchasing tickets within one order form.

To ensure timely communication, we kindly ask that attendees refrain from contacting individual MCCT board members regarding Leadership Banquet inquiries.

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. In the event that MCCT cancels the event, registered attendees will be notified regarding refund procedures.

Event Changes

MCCT reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, speakers, venue logistics, or other event details if necessary. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered attendees.

Right to Refuse Admission

MCCT reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, poses a safety or security concern, or violates event policies. This includes refusal to comply with security screening or the event’s recording policy. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
