McCarthy: T3N2 Outreach - GMP 4

McCarthy Building Companies invites Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) to explore upcoming bidding opportunities for the Phoenix Sky Harbor Terminal 3, Phase 2 (T3N2) project. The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) 4 Invitation to Bid (ITB) has been released, with submissions due by November 21.

This project offers diverse trade scopes, including civil work, utilities, paving, superstructure, core and shell, interior finishes, and final build-out.
