We are often asked for behind-the-scenes tours of the MCC Student Farm. Here's your chance! The Carey Center for Agrarian Learning is offering a 40-minute tour of our certified Organic vegetable production areas, two distinct high tunnels, and specialty crops like hops, trellised fruit trees, and elderberry. After that, join us under the tent for a culinary demo by Chef Zak Dolezal. Using fresh seasonal greens and herbs from the Student Farm, he'll be chopping and mixing up on herb-ilicious delight. Don't miss out.
