Mark Crissinger Band plays the legendary Queens in Nanaimo!! Tickets are $15.00The name Mark Crissinger might sound familiar. Since 2010 he has been building a solo career, playing 120 shows a year throughout Canada. He has released six studio albums, three live albums, and been nominated for a Maple Blues Award. His music can be heard around the world on blues radio programs and the Stingray blues channel.
His band is a contemporary blues band featuring an all-star cast of musicians from Nanaimo. Their multiple performances at blues festivals in Nanaimo, Victoria, Chemainus, Parksville, Duncan, as well as pubs and clubs and private parties, have gained them friends and fans across Vancouver Island, the lower mainland, and beyond.
You will hear some Boogie Woogie, Funky Country, RocknRoll, and Shuffles. Dancing, singing along, clapping, and laughing are all encouraged.
Mark Crissinger Band ignites audiences every time they play. When you combine fresh ideas, excellent musicianship, and audience participation the result is a good time for everyone.
