Join us for The Meadville Council on the Arts: Stories of Art and Community.
Opening reception on First Friday, March 6th from 5-8PM at Hatch Hollow Art Gallery (945 Market St, Meadville)
Free and open to the public.
This exhibition honors many of the people who imagined, built, and sustained MCA over the last 50 years by engaging 100's of artists and countless dedicated volunteers. The exhibit features works by MCA’s founding artists and long-standing members, and has been curated from MCA’s collection and supplemented by works from private collections to reveal the story of MCA’s growth and its lasting impact on the creative and cultural life of our community.
This is a pivotal moment for MCA and we encourage you to view the exhibit, and the exhibit at the Academy Theatre (thru end of February), as an opportunity to help us envision MCA's future as we search for a new home and shape our goals for the next 50 years.
