Mazourka Canyon

It's been a while since we've had a group trip, so it's time to get everyone back out on the trail!
Join us as we head to **Mazourka Canyon**, located just outside of Independence, California. This scenic trail starts at approximately **3,741 feet** in elevation and climbs to nearly **9,488 feet**, so the higher elevation should help keep us cool during the summer months.
The trail is approximately **35 miles long** and is rated **Moderate**, making it a great adventure for those looking to get off the beaten path without tackling extremely difficult obstacles.

### A Few Things to Know
* This will be a **limited-run trip** with a maximum of **6 vehicles**, so if you'd like to join us, please send me a message to reserve your spot and confirm your RSVP.
* I'll be filming throughout the trip, so expect a little more stop-and-go than usual while I capture footage. I'll work as quickly as possible to keep everyone moving.
* Even though we'll enjoy cooler temperatures at higher elevations during the day, **it can get cold at camp overnight**, so be sure to pack warm clothing and sleeping gear.
* Do not bring firewood this area does have a fire ban in place
so if you have a propane fire pit bring it.

* Food for 3 days
