Join us at Glenrowan Providore for May’Hem #2 – an evening of regional wine and freshly prepared pasta.We’ll be showcasing All Saints Estate wines alongside a curated selection of pasta dishes, thoughtfully prepared to complement each pour. This is a relaxed, wine-led evening where guests can move between tastings and food at their own pace.
On the menu:
Penne with Florella Sausage Ragù
Florella sausage gently braised with tomato and red wine, finished rich and full-bodied over penne.
Tomato Rosa – Casarecce (GF)
A tomato and cream sauce folded through gluten-free casarecce. Smooth and balanced.
Basil
Fresh basil worked through a light tomato base with olive oil and parmesan.
Lasagnetta
Layered pasta with ragù, béchamel and parmesan, baked until golden.
Wines will be presented throughout the evening, with the opportunity to purchase your favourites on the night.
