Mays Landing's 2025 Fall Festival - Vendor Registration

The Mays Landing Fine Crafts Fall Festival & Family Fun Day is a time-honored tradition in the Township of Hamilton that attracts thousands of visitors each year and continues to be a resounding success of an event that promotes community pride and local business.

In its 25th year, the Mays Landing Merchants Association is proud to host the Mays Landing Fine Crafts Fall Festival & Family Fun Day at War Memorial Park to bring township residents together for a day of fun!

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Fall Festival!

Please note the following:

• Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Not every application will be approved. If not approved, fees will be returned.
• Vendors promoting the same brand (Tupperware, Shaklee, etc.) will be limited to one.
• Applications must be received by 11:59 pm, Friday, October 24, 2025.
• We will have space available for Food Trucks Vendors and Vendor Load-In/Out on Main Street.
• Setup starts at 7am
• Quiet, personal generators for Food Trucks are allowed.
• EVENT GOES ON RAIN OR SHINE. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

We offer the following tips to help you have a successful day:

• Provide an interactive activity to make your exhibit fun and engaging.

All prices are for one 12' x 12' space (tents, tables, chairs and electric are not included). Members of the Mays Landing Merchants Association will be refunded their vendor fee after the event, upon confirmation of attendance.

• Non Food Vendors (12’ x 12’ space) - $50.00
• Food Vendors (12’ x 12’ space) - $75.00
• 1 - 8' Table and 2 Chairs - $10.00
