The theme is Mayflowers so wear your flowy, flowery best, (if you desire).

Come and experience Ecstatic Dance, a freeform, sober and non-choreographed movement practice where participants move intuitively to express emotions, release stress and enter a meditative or trance-like state. I would also call it “conscious raving” as it can be very therapeutic and healing.It emphasizes authentic self-expression without judgement. It fosters a sense of belonging and connection that is so important in today’s world. No skill required (that’s the point!), and all ages welcome!
