Do you really want to worry about lunch or dinner the day after Halloween???
Dear MAYFIELD WOODS MS PTA families and friends,
The MAYFIELD WOODS PTA is having a (dine in or dine out) fundraiser at Jersey Mike's on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST. Please come out and support the PTA, at the Columbia Jersey Mike’s located at: 6630 Marie Curie Dr, Elkridge, Md. 21075
You may order online, by phone, OR in the store. You may pick up or eat in. You can order online the day of or even the day before the fundraiser and give them your pick-up time and date of pick up. If you call the order in, make sure to let them know it’s for the “MAYFIELD WOODS PTA fundraiser”.
You may also use the APP and have it delivered https://www.jerseymikes.com/app . Just make sure when using the APP to put “MAYFIELD WOODS PTA” IN THE NOTES.
The fund raiser runs all day on Friday, November 1stfrom 10am-9pm- so take a break from cooking dinner or go for lunch. The PTA appreciates all your support.

1) Go to COLUMBIA Jersey Mike's website:

2) Order on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST.
3) In the Checkout section of your order:
• Please put PICK UP DATE/TIME AND YOUR NAME
• Under 'Notes' please put: “MAYFIELD WOODS PTA FUNDRAISER”
• Gift cards count towards our total so consider picking up a few cards for future trips to Jersey Mike’s. They also make great thank you, birthday and teacher gifts or stocking stuffers. So please consider picking one or two up.
