Your Winter Chicken Inventory Update
Due to incredible demand this year, our stock is much lower than normal, but we still have great options for your winter kitchen:
• Petite Power: We won't have any full-size birds, but we'll have our highly popular Petite Chickens (3.5 lbs and under). These are the perfect size for quick, flavorful weeknight meals and small-batch roasting.
• Essential Cuts: Stock up on the remaining legs and wings—perfect for smoking, slow-cooking, or meal-prepping.
• Broth Gold: We have plenty of stock options (backs, bones) ready for you to make rich, immune-boosting broth all winter long!
We encourage everyone to come out and support your local
farmers and makers through the winter months.
