As the sun begins to set over Brisbane's skyline, SOL Y SOMBRA invites you into an experience designed to unfold throughout the day. From long lunches and rooftop cocktails to sunset rituals and late-night celebration.

Inspired by the transition from light to dark, sun to shadow, Sol Y Sombra is more than an event; it's a journey through two distinct energies that gradually become one.

Begin your afternoon with our exclusive Sol Set Menu and the signature Sombra cocktail, enjoyed against the backdrop of panoramic city views and laid-back rooftop vibes.

From 3pm, the atmosphere starts to shift. DJs take control of the soundtrack while Hector's roaming tequila cart weaves through the venue, bringing spontaneous moments of discovery and celebration.

As golden hour arrives, the venue pauses for the Ritual Show. A theatrical sunset ceremony marking the transition from Sol to Sombra. Fire, music, tequila and spectacle come together in a moment designed to be shared.

As dinner service concludes, the boundaries disappear and the entire venue evolves into one collective celebration. Bringing together music, movement, connection and the unmistakable energy of a MAYA Sunday.
