Ready to hit pause and recharge? Join us for May You Rest, an intimate, in-person one day retreat designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself and nature. Expect a chill atmosphere, soothing activities, and plenty of moments to just breathe and relax. Enjoy; Guided Forest Bathing Walk, Sound healing, yoga(all levels), pool time, salt cave, mini-rescue farm, delicious food and time to connect. No stress, just good vibes and rest. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed!

Info: A guided walk intended to connect you with the land and each other. This is not a hike or a nature walk. It is very relaxed, all are welcome.
