Join us at LiveTrends Boutique in downtown Winter Garden for an evening of guided yoga and meditation with Carly Bernard of Central Florida Power Yoga. In this class, you will learn the tools and methods to empower you to start your own meditation journey. Surrounded by plants and greenery, our boutique provides the perfect environment for you to come relax, stretch, and get some exercise too! Classes are open to all experience levels, with class size limited to allow for a more intimate experience.
