We LOVE yoga in the park!Join us on MAY 23rd for our Monthly Yoga in the Park! Every month through October at ESNP in the Picnic Area at Parking lot 9 we meet for a mindful Yoga asana practice in a beautiful, natural, serene place. This is a wonderful opportunity to get grounded in Mother Nature, breathe fresh air and feel the sun on your face.
When you enter the park, turn right onto Still Hollow Loop Rd (it’s the only road on your Right ) and drive until you see Parking lot 9, it's further than you think, so don't give up I promise you'll get there!
Bring your mat, water, maybe bug repellent & something to go under your mat and bring a friend or two, it's always more fun with friends!
