This is a space to come as you are—tired, chatty, quiet, burnt out, energized…whatever’s real that day. We’ll have some simple, optional things to do (like art supplies, random prompts, or just something to keep your hands busy), but honestly, it’s mostly about hanging out and being around other folks who get it.
You don’t have to perform. You don’t have to hold space.
You can just exist, talk shit, laugh, zone out, or connect in whatever way feels good.
Because sometimes what we actually need isn’t more processing…
it’s just being around people who understand the job without needing an explanation.
