Join the Strong Girls United Coaches Emma Silversides and Chloe Whitbread for Strong Girl United Events!
Join us for the last of the 2025 series on May 4th 2025!
Fun fitness games, mental skills worksheets, empowerment stations, and more! Parents are welcome to stay!
Strong Girls can register here for one or all of the events! Please share with your friends! Wear running shoes (please bring with you clean/dry shoes to change into in the gym!), athletic clothes, and bring water and snack.
Each event is $25 pre participant and Open to PreK (Age 4) - 1st graders!
