About this Event
May Queer Saint Service honoring Marsha P. Johnson
Marsha P. Johnson, activist, community hero, a true icon of our queer heritage. Did she throw the first brick that began the Stonewall Riot, thus ripping the veil in two between queer folx and their neighbors? Perhaps. Likely. She deserves celebration, so come join us!
Every third Sunday of the month Dreams & Visions will honor a favorite Queer Saint. It is an opportnity to explore stories of courage and might as experienced by individuals who move us and who overcame so much in a broken world. It's a chance to be inspired!
Help us faithfully learn more about our community's heritage. Be they living or remembered, we want to know who is your favorite Queer Saint. Contact Pr. Mo for more information.
Our Queer Saint Service will be informal, beautiful, and lasts about an hour. Come as you are and leave renewed.
