May New SuperMoon Gong Bath - The Garden

Because apparently one SuperMoon Run wasn’t enough… SuperMoon Run 2.0 continues with New Moons, this time — and May is where things deepen.

The second New Moon of spring arrives as a SuperMoon, carrying that unmistakable pull—the feeling that something is asking to move from possibility into form.

Over these past weeks, something may have been quietly taking shape within you. An idea. A direction. A change. May’s meditation offers a space to meet that gently: to loosen your grip, to trust what has been forming, and to let it begin to find its place.

On May 16, we gather for the second in our series of five New SuperMoon Gong Bath Meditations, unfolding month by month, each one opening to the next. Each session stands fully on its own, so you are welcome to come wherever you are in the journey. Together, though... Together, these five meditations form an arc of intention and manifestation: from the first quiet spark to the clarity and insight that arrives beneath the August eclipse.
