Homeschool Wheel-Throwing Workshop (Ages 7-15) May 14 from 1-3 pm and May 21 from 1-2 pm:
Homeschooled kids ages 7-15 can join us to learn wheel ceramics! On day one (May 14 from 1-3 pm), students will learn the wheel-throwing process with skills such as centering, opening, coning, and pulling! Time allowing, students will also be able to trim and add some texture if desired. Students will complete three wheel-thrown pieces. On day two (May 21 from 1-2 pm), students will learn how to glaze their ceramics with 24 color choices available! Students will be directed to add detail with their glaze in hopes of having many different colors and intricate final pieces.
