Join us for a magical evening retreat in the heart of Rhosneigr, held in the welcoming village hall with its cozy heated floor. This special experience is crafted to help you unwind, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of a dusky beach sunset.Your evening begins at either 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM (depending on your chosen timing) with an hour of feel-good yoga suitable for all levels. Designed to energize and relax, this practice sets the tone for a tranquil and nourishing evening.
After yoga, we’ll make our way to the nearby beach sauna (just a short 5–10 minute drive), where you’ll enjoy 50 minutes of soothing heat therapy. As the evening sky deepens into twilight, this blissful session will melt away stress, leaving you refreshed and grounded.
We’ll return to the hall to conclude the retreat with a deeply immersive sound bath. You’ll be enveloped in the tranquil vibrations of sound, carefully curated to promote profound relaxation and balance, as the last light of day fades into evening.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be treated to delicious homemade light refreshments to keep you nourished and energized. As always, Angharad thoughtfully prepares every detail, from crafting sensory-rich experiences to baking divine homemade treats just for you. Recipes for the refreshments will also be shared in a follow-up aftercare email, allowing the care and inspiration to continue long after the event.
