Join us for our second race of 2026! This will be a great warmup for the VCS State Race the following weekend!When - Saturday, May 23. Practice and registration from 9-11am. Racing will start shortly after 11am. We usually wrap up by 4pm.
Where - The physical address is 4401 Richmond Hwy, Lynchburg, VA 24504. Our facility is located behind the Truck Body Co building. If you set your GPS app to "Lynchburg RC & FPV", it'll take you right to the track.
Timing system - We now use the MyLaps timing system. If you haven't purchased a MyLaps transponder yet, Stone Blue Hobbies in town offers a trade in program for you old iLaps transponders, contact them for further details. Our MyLaps systems uses the newest RC4 decoder running firmware 4.5. Per the MyLaps website, compatible transponders are RC4 3-wire, RC4 Hybrid and RC4 Pro models. Make sure during your practice time that you verify your transponder is working properly.
Racing is $10 for club members. $20 for non-members. $5 for each additional class, up to 3 classes.

We accept cash, PayPal, and credit/debit cards onsite. There may be online preregistration, so stay tuned for that info.
Race format
2 x 5min qualifiers. 8min mains.

eBuggy - Most likely will be split into Sportsman and Expert based on total entries.

**Nitros will run with electrics unless we have enough for a full nitro class
There are some fast food options near by as well as gas stations.
And a reminder we do not have power or water onsite. Please bring a generator if you have one or borrow some power from your pit neighbor.
There is one porta john onsite. It will be clean for race day. Help us keep it clean please, no taco bell Friday night....
