This month's swap will be at Happy Bean Coffee Bar in Bedford Place! The warm weather this time of year means we'll be able to utilise a bit of the outside space as the last one here was so busy!Due to clothes swap madness they'll only be doing takeaway drinks so PLEASE bring your reusable cup/mug/plant pot/drinks receptacle.
Happy Bean's toilet is downstairs but they're just arranging with across the road that we can use their loos <3 Angels!
The usual swap rules apply—“bring things you don’t want, leave with things you do”—but we've got a new rule that you can bring as much as you like but take up to one bag for life away - here’s how it will all work:
✅ The swap is still a suggested £2 donation for entry, and guests can arrive at any time with the option to pay by contactless.
✅Use the provided hand gel on the entrance before going in and you can use this after too. Wear your mask if you wish.
✅ Lay your things out neatly and choose items you'd like to take home. 👗👕
What we need from you:
✨ Wash your clothes before bringing them.
✨ Be mindful and respectful of others while browsing.
✨ Bring your own bag for life - if it's not the right size we'll give you one to use and you can transfer at when you leave.
Clothes swaps are a fun, informal way to save clothes from landfill 🌍, refresh your wardrobe and provides an alternative to supporting fast fashion brands. Looking forward to seeing you there! 💃♻️
