Cora cleans up crime scenes for a living, but she is still stuck on the day her sister was killed right in front of her. The man who did it disappears, leaving behind nothing but a muttered racial slur.
When a series of deaths starts to feel connected and a little too close to home, Cora begins to question what is real. With the Hungry Ghost Festival approaching and strange things happening around her, she starts to wonder if something supernatural is involved.
