May 2026 Meetup - The Closing Table: Title Work

This month we’re diving deep into one of the most important and often misunderstood parts of the business: title work and closings.

We’ll be joined by our title sponsor, Legacy Title, for a live panel to break down what actually happens behind the scenes and more importantly, how to structure your deals so they actually make it to the closing table.

We'll be joined on panel by Ashley Donald, Chad Reynolds and Michael Platte. We've personally closed on deals with each one of these folks and they are a wealth of knowledge with a dedication to education in the title and closing world.

We’ll be covering:

• Closing wholesale deals (assignments vs double closes)
• Bond for deed- when it works and when it doesn’t
• Sub2 deals and title considerations
• Common title issues that K*ll deals (and how to avoid them)
• How to work with your title company instead of against them
