Learn how to humanely harvest, process and clean a whole chicken from beginning to end.
Discuss safe handling of the chicken to keep meat clean and safe

What to wear:
Clothes that can get bloody and dirty.
Boots or shoes that can get wet.
We recommend bringing a clean pair of shoes to change into after class is over.
An apron will be provided for you. You get to take it home along with the chicken.

$40 deposit to secure your spot.
Remainder of money will be due the day of class.
