Led by Dr. Matt, this workout combines bursts of strength and cardio to help improve endurance, build muscle, boost metabolism, and support overall health—all in a fun, encouraging environment.
Don't worry if you're not a gym regular! MaxT3 can be modified for beginners while still offering a challenge for seasoned exercisers.
