Overview: In this practical session, Russel "Rusty" Earnshaw will share strategies on how to maximize your coaching effectiveness. He will provide examples of how to challenge and support players during sessions, with a focus on practical, actionable techniques.

About Russel Earnshaw:
One of the world’s top Coach Developers, Rusty has worked with coaches across sports like soccer, hockey, and rugby. He is a director at Magic Academy, an initiative that uses gamification to elevate player development. His experience spans across coaching the England U18s and U20s and consulting for elite organizations like NZ Rugby, GB Hockey, the FA, Premier League, and Google. As a former player, Rusty won the European Cup with Bath and represented England on the IRB Sevens circuit.
