Event Description: Discover cost-cutting and energy-saving techniques for asphalt plants at this dynamic workshop, where hands-on training in plant operations and maintenance meets proven energy management strategies

What's included:

• Training: Learn ENERGY STAR's proven strategies for energy management and how to apply them to asphalt production. Discover cost-saving practices that simultaneously reduce greenhouse gas emissions and the embodied carbon of asphalt mixtures. Gain hands-on experience with operational aspects of asphalt plant management to optimize energy use. Network with industry peers, including plant managers and sustainability experts, to share best practices and innovative approaches. Read the agenda for more information on the training content.
  
• Transportation: On 2/25 transportation will be provided from the workshop hotel room block site to Gencor facilities and back, as well as to the evening event and back to the workshop hotel block site. On 2/26 transportation will be provided from the workshop hotel block site to Gencor facilities and either back to the hotel or to the Orlando International Airport.
  

• Hotel: A hotel room block is being arranged for the workshop attendees and will be the meeting point for the provided transportation. Registrants will be informed of the arrangements as soon as details are available.
  
• Meals: Lunch and two snack breaks at Gencor during both days of the workshop. An evening networking event with dinner on 2/25 in Orlando after the day's training. Breakfast is included for attendees that stay at the hotel room block location designated for this workshop.
