Seminars and services with fees:
Less than 48 Hours: A refund will NOT be given if the customer cancels within 48 hours of the seminar/workshop.
More than 48 hours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the seminar/workshop will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made, less a $10 administration fee.
You are permitted to change the name on the registration for someone else to attend.
Events and Seminars that include food:
A full refund will be provided with advance notice of 72 hours. This is the time required by our caterers or the venue for all food purchases.
