Join us for an unforgettable evening as Gloucester Brewery hosts the full launch of the Maximalist Gin, designed by the renowned Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, in support of the Linc Charity. This event, taking place at Warehouse 4, is part of Gloucester Brewery's robust community engagement program, which has actively collaborated with over 200 local charities and community groups, raising more than £115,000 for various causes.

Evening Schedule
7:00 PM - Guests Arrive
Doors open at 7:00 PM, where guests will be greeted with a complimentary Maximalist Gin and Tonic. As you settle in, enjoy live music performed by a talented local singer, Kate Tyler setting the perfect ambiance for the evening.
7:30 PM - Welcome and Introductions
Jess Bracey, our charismatic host for the evening, will kick off the event by introducing Lou Neal, CEO of Linc Charity. Lou will share a few words about the charity's mission and impact.
7:35 PM - Laurence Llewelyn Bowen
Following Lou Neal's introduction, Jess will welcome Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen to the stage. As a dedicated patron of Linc Charity, Laurence has put his unique flair into the creation of Maximalist Gin. He will discuss his inspiration behind the distinctive branding and the design process of the gin label.
7:50 PM - Insight from the Head Brewer Pietro Lovato
Next, Jess will introduce Pietro Lovato, the Head Brewer at Gloucester Brewery. Pietro will delve into the intricacies of the gin-making process for Gloucester Brewerys gin brand Fox’s Kiln, sharing fascinating details about the creation of Maximalist Gin.
8:00 PM - Live Music by Kate Tyler
The evening continues with a live performance by the talented Kate Tyler, who will entertain guests with her captivating music until 10:00 PM and guests will get the chance to enjoy the ambiance of Warehouse 4 along with a chance to meet Laurence, Pietro and Lou.
About Linc Charity
Linc is dedicated to supporting blood cancer patients and their families. We provide both emotional and financial support to help people who are receiving cancer care across Gloucestershire’s hospitals. This is an incredibly important year for the charity, as we celebrate our 25th anniversary.
Linc help to navigate the impact of cancer upon patients and their loved ones by funding Clinical Psychologists that work with the NHS Trust. The team ensure that our patients and their families are supported in a bespoke and considered way. We know that cancer causes a large ripple effect and sometimes it’s not just the patient who needs the support, it can often be their family too. That’s why our service is focused around families as well as the patient themselves. People seek the services’ support for a variety of reasons which include: adjustment, anxiety, depression and support with talking to children about a diagnosis. Currently our Clinical Psychology Team have over 400 contacts a year with patients and families.
We also fund clinical trial nurses who work with blood cancer patients who are receiving treatment and support them through trials that could benefit them further. This in turn provides learnings and information which change patient outcomes nationally and internationally in the future. For a small charity, Linc makes a huge impact!
Linc’s Fund helps people with financial support after diagnosis. This can help with childcare, rent costs, or alternative pain management. We fund items for patients staying in hospital like Sky TV on the wards to exercise bikes. Everything we fund, is based on patient feedback. We are reactive to patient need and fund items which have the biggest benefit.
