Choose your challenge:
Classic Course: 15-25km bike, 5-10km run, 2-4km kayak (approximate distances)
Novice Course: 5-15km bike, 3-5km run, 1-2km kayak ((approximate distances)
Kids Course: 2-4km bike, 1-2km run, 500m kayak (approximate distances)
No experience needed - if you can read a street map, you can race!
