About this Event
Join Historic St. Paul A.M.E. Church for a sacred and immersive Maundy Thursday Seder Meal Experience as we journey together between the cross and the crown.
This gathering is designed to help us reflect on the final meal Jesus shared with His disciples before His crucifixion. Rooted in the Jewish Passover tradition, the Seder Meal is a symbolic and guided experience that tells the story of deliverance, sacrifice, and redemption through specific foods and rituals.
This will not be a formal or elaborate dinner, but a simple, intentional, and spiritually meaningful experience. Each element of the meal will be explained, helping participants connect the story of the Exodus to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We are honored to welcome Rev. Juli Boyd, Pastor of Willis Chapel A.M.E. Church (Kansas City, MO), who will offer a homily to center our hearts as we prepare for Good Friday.
Come ready to learn, reflect, and experience the power of the table—because before the cross, there was a meal that changed everything.
Registration is required to ensure adequate preparation for all participants.
